Incorporating TPE has turned out to be one of the better working ideas I have come across in this design.

In previous revisions of the watch I have used metal buttons which require a very precise fit. Something my 3D printer just can’t produce without additional drilling to get that ~0.1mm margin right.

These buttons are printed in Easyflex TPE, the same material the watch band is made out of.
